With more than two decades of experience, she has built her practice around one type of client: the small business owner — the solo founder, the husband-and-wife shop, the three-person service team ready to grow into something real.

Her path is unusual. She holds a BSBA from UNC-Chapel Hill, a JD from UNC School of Law, and an MBA from Emory University. She has worked inside firms, held corporate business leadership roles, and started her own — several businesses financed everywhere from bootstrap to venture capital.

As a Certified Dream Manager and a Maxwell Leadership Coach (and board member), she layers something most attorneys cannot: the discipline of coaching the human being who runs the business, not just the business itself.

The result is an advisor who can read a cap table, draft an operating agreement, model a pricing change, and ask you the harder question about why you're really building what you're building — without changing chairs.
